About the job
As the Administrator you will report to the Village Manager, your main responsibilities will be to Accommodation, and Reception services to our onsite clientele. Working a 5:2 or 2:1 Roster your point of hire will be Roxby Downs and local surrounding areas or FIFO Adelaide. This position entails high volume accommodation check-ins and flight bookings, data entry and database maintenance
You will have experience in a similar role ideally in a remote village environment and will be able to demonstrate the proven ability to support a very fast paced admin team, experience with "In Flight" is a must along with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. The position will suit a well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner, providing service with a smile
