We have an opportunity for an experienced Catering Supervisor at our educational site, located in Camperdown Sydney.



You will be responsible for continuously improving the efficiency and profitability of the operation, whilst maintaining a very high standard of service in line with our contract.


The role is hands on and the ideal candidate will have a background in Corporate Catering or in high end food and beverage services in Hotels or Restaurants. Experience in events and fine dining is essential.



To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing and leading a team to achieve business objectives with Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A good understanding of
financial and budgeting, be computer literate along with demonstrated ability to control food and labour cost. Experience in a high pressure catering environment, preferably with an events and fine dining background is essential.
