Reporting directly to the HSE Manager SA/VIC, the purpose of this HSE Coordinator role will be to provide support to the operational management teams with the implementation, education and monitoring of health, safety and environmental strategies across 2 remote sites in South Australia. This position will be FIFO from Adelaide on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.

About you
We are seeking a HSE professional with demonstrated experience in leadership and HSEQ process implementation. Tertiary qualified, you will have detailed knowledge of OHS legislation along with experience in supporting and mentoring on-site operational management teams with risk management activities, including critical control management, incident investigation and root cause analysis. A mindset focused on proactive safety management, with an emphasis on HSE lead indicator performance is essential along with knowledge and experience implementing food safety programs (HACCP).
