Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, welcoming experienced Receptionist at our Corporate site in Melbourne CBD (VIC).

You will be responsible for managing a busy switchboard and greeting visitors to our clients site and providing continuous improvement to their operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Meeting and greeting visitors on site, Managing
switchboard and phone duties,
Planning and preparation of client meetings, Providing car park access and managing visitor parking, Administration support of phone lists, staff ID cards and temporary issue cards and Assist with mailroom duties when required.

To be successful in this role you will have Reception and mailroom experience in a corporate/ boardroom environment Excellent customer service and communication skills, Ability to plan and prepare client meetings, Strong relationship building with all stakeholders, Ability to work autonomously and multitask with Immediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
