We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Part Time Chef to join our team at our Food Manufacturing site in Huntingwood, NSW.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that all food items that leave the kitchen are of a high standard in presentation and meet Sodexo’s standards

Providing excellent customer service to all residents and clients

Support the chef manager to assist with the training and development of catering assistants & kitchen hands

Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness

Assisting with general cleaning and dishwashing

To be successful in this role you must have:

Previous experience within a manufacturing/ hospitality/ hotel environment

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Handlers Certificate

Demonstrated food preparation & presentation skills of a high standard

A strong understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP

Have Microsoft Office skills

Be available for shifts on weekdays and weekends – 3 days a week (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday)
