We, the Sodexo team are seeking a suitably qualified Village Manager. Reporting to The Director of Operations in Far North Queensland You will be responsible for the coordination and management of the day-to-day activities across the village and improving the efficiency and profitability of the operation whilst maintaining a high standard of services in line with our contract. This role will be Fly In, Fly out from Brisbane and work a 20:8 roster.

The successful applicant will hold;

• A strong safety focus and ability to drive safe work practices
• Previous management experience in a high pressure environment preferably in remote village operations
• Ability to apply growth and development strategies for the team ensuring strong team and service spirit values are instilled
• Financial acumen in cost control, aimed at exceeding budgeted outcomes
• Facilitation of client operational requests as and when requested
• Excellent communication skills with advanced skills in MS Office software
  
• The ability to motivate, educate and drive our on-site team
• Involvement in project Profit and Loss activities and associated financial responsibilities
• Capability to meet tight time frames without compromising accuracy and excellence in customer service
• Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain a professional positive working relationship with a wide variety of stakeholders
