Job Description

Sodexo Remote Sites are seeking a suitably experienced Tavern Supervisor to join our team at Boddington and help us deliver exceptional service to our growing number of customers.

As our next Tavern Supervisor, you MUST have a passion for excellent service, have an exceptional overall knowledge of food and beverage trends and be looking to forge a great career in hospitality. This is a hands-on role and will cover all aspects of running a busy tavern with a retail shop.


To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  •   Approved Manager Licence
  •   Bar/Tavern management experience
  •   Experience in organising and running of event
  •   Understanding of Liquor License Act 
  •   Ability to lead motivate and manage a team of Tavern staff
  •   Sound financial management skills in a profit & loss environment.
  •   Drive site’s safety culture to support company and client WHS policies
  •   Self-motivated, self-confident, honest, professional, ethical and flexible.

If you are local to Boddington we would love to hear from you, however there is flexibility for this role to be "Drive In / Drive Out" on a 2:1 Roster if you are not in the local Boddington Region.
