Remote Site Head Chef (DIDO)

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract working at a Sodexo remote site in Boddington WA.


This will be a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO)  2 weeks on; 1 week off roster working 11 hour days.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following:

  • Proven experience supporting diverse teams in the kitchen
  • Exposure to all hands-on services - Breakfast, Dinner, Pastry, Functions & Crib
  • Experience in bulk and/or buffet style cooking
  • Solid knowledge of HACCP procedures and safe work practices
  • Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery and/or Trade certification
  • Remote experience is highly desirable
  • A genuine approach to quality customer service
  • Positive, pro-active approach to safety
