Remote Site Head Chef (DIDO)

Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract working at a Sodexo remote site in Boddington WA.
This will be a Drive In / Drive Out (DIDO) 2 weeks on; 1 week off roster working 11 hour days.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- Proven experience supporting diverse teams in the kitchen
- Exposure to all hands-on services - Breakfast, Dinner, Pastry, Functions & Crib
- Experience in bulk and/or buffet style cooking
- Solid knowledge of HACCP procedures and safe work practices
- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery and/or Trade certification
- Remote experience is highly desirable
- A genuine approach to quality customer service
- Positive, pro-active approach to safety
