Job Description

Fantastic career opportunity exists with Sodexo, a recognised leader in the provision of facilities management services to the mining, construction and oil/gas industry in Australia and throughout Asia Pacific. Sodexo are seeking suitably qualified Customer Service Representatives to join our Service Desk team at our Regional Support Centre based in Balcatta, Perth. We currently have two vacancies (permanent full time and a 5 month fulltime fixed term contract)

Please note this is a 7-day operation, you must be able to work a rotating 7-day roster.
Shift bands operate between 4am and 9pm.

Reporting directly to the Service Desk Team Leader, duties will include:

  • Professionally respond to incoming (phone and system generated) customer requests to ensure enquiries and issues are responded to promptly and accurately.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and make use of call triage scripts to consistently provide accurate responses to all customer enquiries.
  • Promote common sense, empathy, and initiative to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction is always achieved.
  • Work as part of a customer service team promoting an environment and culture of team work, clear communication and continuous improvement.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working in customer service teams in an inbound contact centre environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work a flexible roster schedule across a 7 day week, and occasional overtime when needed.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Experience working with operational KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Ability to professionally liaise with management stakeholders, clients and vendors.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A willingness to learn and continually improve/develop own performance
