The Job


As the Account Lead for a key FM client in the utilities sector you will work closely with the Operations Manager – Corporate FM as well as the Project Manager and Facilities Coordinator (both direct reports) to deliver high quality Facilities Management services across a diverse portfolio of over 250 client assets.


Located in Morayfield (approximately 45 minutes from Brisbane) you will have full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the contract and will be accountable for maintaining the strong relationship between Sodexo and this key client.


Key to your success in this role will be your ability to manage the quality and safety performance of a diverse subcontracted workforce and report effectively against the agreed metrics.

The Candidate


Your proven leadership and management experience will demonstrate your ability to be highly organised and operate a complex multi-services FM account efficiently. You will of course have a strong background in Facilities Management including P&L accountability, with a background and qualifications in engineering or trades.

Experience with a preventative maintenance management tool (such as Maximo) and knowledge of legislative requirements in food safety and manufacturing will also be highly regarded.
