We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a CAD Drafter join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients.

Job Description

- Create, update, and revise CAD drawings, particularly for façade renovations, building upgrades, due diligence, and site monitoring, based on inputs from site inspections and surveys. - - - - -

- Prepare and update project documents such as specifications and bid packages.

- Produce architectural 3D models of buildings and structures.

- Update designs and verify the accuracy of drawings to ensure the integrity and quality of all deliverables.

- Coordinate drawings, deliverables, and design changes with overseas colleagues.

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with partners.

- Contribute to the development of internal drawing standards, libraries, and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Degree in architecture, civil engineering or equivalent;

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role;

- Fluent in English. Additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian…) are welcome;

- Proven experience working with AutoCAD, Revit and other CAD software;

- Proven experience with working in collaborative teams with different offices;

- Work experience for international companies for infrastructure, particular experience with drawings for American projects are preferred;

- Must have exceptional attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;

- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Seft-driven and want to be held accountable and rewarded for achieving outcomes and results.

- 42 hours per week (30 minute early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options
