We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for the Construction Materials Testing Lab.

Candidate’s responsibilities to perform laboratory tests related to Concrete, Soil, Asphalt, Masonry, and other construction materials in accordance with applicable testing standards/methods.

• Performing a variety of laboratory standardized tests on soils and construction materials using established methods laboratory testing tasks.
• Assist with AASHTO and CCRL laboratory accreditation.
• Reviewing and preparing laboratory test reports per ASTM requirements.
• Perform Laboratory maintenance.
• Perform maintenance, arrange calibration and operation of laboratory testing equipment.
• Overseeing staff performing laboratory testing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience and possess ACI Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician - Level I - (ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician and ACI Aggregate Testing Technician)

Strong detail and analytical skills

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
