This is a hybrid position, with frequent travel to jobsites across South Florida and infrequent travel to projects outside the region as required.

• Knowledge of high-performance building technologies and strategies related to mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Ready to grow in the building industry or environmental sciences.
• Willing to learn and apply Commissioning Process as defined by ASHRAE Std 202 2018 and Guideline 0-2013.
• Willing to learn reviewing and analyzing design and construction documents.
• Willing to learn in equipment startup, Test & Balance, and Functional Testing.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Technical ability including computer software as Adobe Acrobat/Bluebean and Microsoft Office.
• Ability and initiative to manage own schedule and work from home.
• Willing to learn the Retro-Commissioning process for existing buildings.
• Willing to learn in MEP/renewable energy design, evaluation, construction, building operations, testing and/or verification.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

• Four-year academic degree in related field, mechanical engineering preferred 
• 0-1 years of experience in construction, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering field
