Job Description

What you will do:

As a senior consultant your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ability to work independently with client managers to develop and implement successful Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and development projects.
  • Analysis of complex construction issues and management of change using schedule fragnets
  • Develop and update Schedule Narratives which describe plan for construction and key changes in plan.
  • Participate in client meetings and interface with all levels of construction personnel.
  • Ability to understand schedule issues and communicate fluently with clients regarding potential impact of changes.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills with ability to simplify complex scheduling issues and articulate in written reports. 
  • Bachelor's degree (In Engineering, Architecture or Construction)
  • Minimum of 10 years of Construction related experience.
  • At least 3 years involving project planning, scheduling and project controls. 
  • Excellence in implementation of CPM scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • AACE certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) preferred.
  • Experience with schedule analysis and presentation of TIAs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the process of construction
  • Experience in contruction operations as project manager or field superintendent preferred.
