Job Description

Associate level responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases.
  • Reviewing estimates & cost reports
  • Preparing project status presentations & update reports
  • Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules
  • Review and analyze project cost control documents
  • Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis
  • Damages quantification
  • Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product

Qualifications

Must have enrolled in an accredited degree program in on of the following concentrations : 

Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Science
