Job Description

Our New Business Enterprise Account Team work on targeted accounts, typically focused on high growth enterprises in sectors that have a track record of buying and deploying our solution.

In this role you will:

  • Focus on developing new business within your targeted account list and be supported by our marketing team to develop account based marketing plans to drive inbound pipeline through events, advertising, demo requests, thought leadership & white papers
  • Identify your prospects' top strategic objectives, paint a picture of what the future can hold and demonstrate how the SocialTalent platform and the people behind it will work with our customers to deliver on that dream
  • Our sales cycle for Enterprise deals is typically 3-9 months so a key part of this role will be securing the buy in of a team of typically 5+ executives in talent acquisition across (TA), HR, L&D, Finance, Procurement & Legal
  • You will leverage our sales process to develop new pipeline and manage it through the sales cycle until you have secured new business contracts at which time you pass to our Enterprise Account team and Customer Success team to manage, retain and develop

You will join as part of a new team of 5 EAE's and will be fully supported with on-boarding and enablement to help you understand our solution, our value proposition and the challenges of our IDP (ideal customer profile). Your quota will ramp up in line with our expected deal cycle to ensure that you can maximise first year earnings.

Typical contracts will be c €100k+ ARR with a duration of 3 years. We pay our EAE's on the full TCV deal value and your commission will be uncapped.

Qualifications

Here's the must-haves:

  • Prior experience selling mainly large enterprise new business deals (six figure value) to sophisticated buying teams
  • International business experience selling to a wide variety of cultures is important as 80% of our contracts are struck in the US, with the rest focused on the UK & North Western Europe, however most contracts are global deals
  • Experience selling SAAS solutions with the recurring revenue element at least 60-70% of the total deal value
  • You will be able to "show us" the scars inherent in Enterprise SAAS sales, having learned the importance of selling to a buying team, being patient and demonstrating real value to large organisations
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong industry contacts in technology, software, fintech, high growth start-ups, healthcare, professional services or distribution
  • Background in HR tech, recruiting tech or e-learning
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, Groove or other sales enablement tools

We are a remote first/ distributed company. That means that you can work from anywhere within the republic of Ireland. However, as the name suggests, we are a social bunch and so we also run regular remote and optional in-person social events to keep us all connected.

We pay competitive salaries with uncapped OTE’s with accelerators for performance above quota. We provide all of our team with a Macbook, phone & home office allowance to help you set up for success.
