As a DPO you will ensure that SocialTalent is a safe place for sensitive data. You will team up with people from the technical, legal and business teams to ensure this objective is met. You will work closely with our largest and most important customers and address questions related to data privacy and information security. You will own all corners of SocialTalent’s technical and organisational measures as they pertain to security capabilities related to operations, web development, and workstations.
On any given day, you will:
Respond to data security questionnaires, and review data processing agreements submitted by customers
Develop, deliver, and maintain the ongoing compliance programme around data privacy and information security as it pertains to ISO27001 and SOC2
Manage and ensure compliance with training programmes
Implement pre-existing remediation roadmaps and frameworks
Design, manage and deliver appropriate data management policies, processes and procedures
Develop and implement specific requirements for IT infrastructure compliance
Engage management teams to take ownership of local actions under compliance activities
Support all members of staff in relation to data protection queries and incidents
Initiate management of data quality assurance programme
Assist with corporate governance processes as required, including managing GDPR data subject access requests

Experience of working in an organisation that processes large volumes of personal customer data
Demonstrate technical knowledge and awareness of current data protection legal and regulatory requirements including GDPR
Proven track record of translating legal and regulatory requirements into operational solutions
Solid understanding and experience of IT infrastructure
Ability to accurately identify key issues, develop solutions, and communicate them in an accessible manner
Advanced report writing and policy writing skills
Experience building relationships with Senior Leadership
Strong time management and organisational skills

Salary: €75K basic, + 10% discretionary annual bonus
