This job is not another number, as our Finance Manager, you will work closely with our Finance Director (FD) and external accounting team to deliver high quality, timely financial information to the key internal and external stakeholders of the company.
Month End Review – You will manage and own the month end process - reviewing and approving output from external accountants.
Month End Reporting – Prepare the month end reporting file and assess the results against prior forecast and budget. You will provide analysis to the FD for board meetings.
Cash Flow Management – Maintain cashflow forecasts to ensure we always have sufficient levels of liquidity.
Revenue Reporting – Work closely with our FD and revenue analyst to understand movements and trends in revenue month on month, assessing against financial expectations and SAAS industry metrics.
Process and Scale – Constantly question processes and the way in which things are “done around here”. We will need you to understand, evaluate and seek to improve our pre-existing processes to ensure our company is building for scale as we grow.
- Cross Departmental Review – Assist other departments within the company with monthly account review and project evaluation.
Experience - Ideally we’d love a candidate with experience in all or most of the following:
ACA/ACCA qualified with a number of years PQE
SAAS – Experience working in the Software as a Service (SAAS) industry
Month End Reporting – Experience in month end reporting
Financial Modelling – Experience in financial modelling to assist with budgeting and forecasting
Revenue Recognition – Understanding of SAAS revenue recognition
- Tableau/Salesforce – Experience in using either Salesforce or Tableau or both

- Strategic & Agile – The ideal candidate will be adept at looking at the bigger picture. This person is comfortable in mapping out strategic plans into the future while flexible enough to make changes along the way based on the evolving needs within the business and the market. You will be able to balance working on strategy while also ensuring the flawless execution of day-to-day tactics
