Working in a close knit team of three under our Operations Manager, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will own everything related to hiring. From sourcing and building pipeline, to designing and implementing our employer brand – you will be as passionate about hiring as we are and become a trusted advisor to the leadership team on hiring decisions.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will also strive to provide a world class candidate experience across the board. Fundamentally, people are at the heart of this role. So while you should be determined and driven, it’s equally important to ensure that candidates always feel respected, engaged and content when being approached by SocialTalent.
Salary range: €45,000-60,000 (dependent on experience), plus performance related bonus, health insurance, remote working allowance and uncapped vacation time.
- Own the candidate experience from end-to-end.
Find and identify qualified talent for our open roles through sourcing, job posts and referrals.
Successfully screen candidates for roles.
Collaborate with leadership to design and improve interview processes.
Ensure each candidate has an excellent interview experience.
Optimise follow-up and closure procedures for all applicants and interviewees.
Negotiate compensation with successful candidates.
Enhance our recruitment process through various initiatives, such as training interview teams, streamlining, etc.
Optimise capabilities through our ATS.
Be a diversity, equity and inclusion champion during the hiring process.
Grow our employer brand so we can attract and hire amazing talent.
- Proven background in full-cycle recruitment role, preferably in a start-up.
Experience recruiting for a range of roles, including (but not limited to) sales executives, customer success managers and product managers.
Proven ability to achieve targets in a growth-driven environment while balancing a range of projects.
Experience in process improvement projects would be an advantage.
We are a remote-first / distributed company so that means you can work anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. But we run regular virtual, and optional in-person, social events to keep us all connected!
