- Employees can work remotely
We are the world’s most popular eLearning platform for hiring skills, (think of us as the “Harvard for Hiring”), we are a privately owned, Irish Enterprise SAAS company that helps some of the biggest brands in the world create and scale a hiring culture! We currently employ close to 50 wonderful people! We just turned 10 and plan to do a lot of growing by the time we hit 15. We operate a remote first working environment and love it (you do however need to be resident in the Republic of Ireland)! Our ambition (and hopefully yours) is to make a difference to the way the world’s largest organisations hire and develop their people.
You come first. This is true of all our colleagues. We recognise the importance of work to your life but it is your life and that comes first. We’ll support you every step of the way by listening to you, providing opportunities for your education and development, giving you an equal voice and always being transparent with you.

The SocialTalent crew don’t like talking about themselves too much, but gotta get this bit out of the way nevertheless.
I said we’re young, well we’re youngish but really pretty established. We’re a scale-up. What we’re doing is, you know, surfing the tidal wave of digital transformation in corporate learning. What does that mean? OK, we’ve built a cloud based learning system that has shaped the minds of tens of thousands of people whose jobs involve hiring and developing talent. Actually we’re still building it, we may never stop building it. And we need your help with that.
Our software platform delivers learning (mostly videos) related to best practices around topics such as: Employer Branding, Job Advertising, Sourcing Talent, Job Interviewing, Talent Development and many more.
We’re putting a dent in the world by paving the way for people to work smarter and live happier. We really are!
As Product Manager, you know how to take initiative and steer the experience of the product towards a definite vision you have. You don’t need to be hand held. You’ve been around the block a few times and are comfortable building SaaS products for both mobile and desktop. Bonus points for experience in eLearning
What you’ll probably do during the first 6 months
Get to know the team. Won’t be hard, we’re a friendly bunch. We’ll show you how the product and business works and who the personas are. You’ll dig in and get to absorb all of the crazy details that need to be understood in order to fathom how our platform works. You’ll take on new projects, some will refactor existing functionality, others will create new experiences. You’ll drill into data, compare our product with others on the market, share opinions and pitch how we should do things better. You talk to customers, build relationships and feed suggestions into the 12 month roadmap.
Think you’re a good fit? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
