Job Description

As a Senior Product UX Designer you will help our Product Development team so they can build a product that is a joy to use and makes a difference in the world of hiring and talent development. 

Everyday you will:

  • Work with Product managers, the Development team to design how our users interface with both our desktop and our mobile apps

  • Translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to simple, intuitive designs

  • Help validate and refine the product direction from user stories to roadmaps and strategy by analysing data and feedback

To thrive in this role you will:

  • Take charge of the overall Design of the product

  • Manage the implementation and improvement of the product design system.

  • Deliver high quality wireframes and prototypes at a fluid pace

  • Calmly and confidently deal with an array of (sometimes crazy) feedback and suggestions from stakeholders of all stripes

Salary €60-70k 

Qualifications

As Senior UX Designer, you know how to take initiative and steer the experience of the product towards a definite vision you have. You’ve been around the block a few times and would be comfortable designing SaaS products for both mobile and desktop. Bonus points for experience in eLearning. 

What you’ll probably do during the first 6 months

Get to know the team. Won’t be hard, we’re a friendly bunch. We’ll show you how the product and business works and who the personas are. You’ll give us pointers on how to improve our design processes. We’ll talk about some of the rough edges to our current designs and look for your ideas to improve. You’ll dig into a proposal for a comprehensive redesign of the product that you’ll go on to sell to the key stakeholders. Lots of fun and games with feedback and suggestions.

We are a remote first/ distributed company. That means that you can work from anywhere. Whilst this is ideal for most of our team, we also provide access to a remote working space in the heart of Dublin city centre.
