Job Description

Our customers believe that Hiring great talent is one of their most important priorities. We empower their hiring teams to achieve these goals through our enterprise-class learning platform which brings together the world’s leading experts and speakers on hiring, developing and engaging talent.  Over the next three years, we will grow our partner network of over 70 experts, broadening our current hiring curriculum to include the world’s best speakers on leadership, coaching, culture and employee engagement. You will lead this charge, scouring the world’s conference stages, publishing houses, podcast studios and home-made youtube studios to identify the next generation of thinkers and influencers, bringing them into our partner network and therefore enabling thousands of companies to empower millions of talented individuals to realise their potential in the ever-changing world of work.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you, as a critical member of the leadership team, will directly shape not only the growth of our business but you will also transform the skills and values of hundreds of thousands of users around the world. You will reach into the hearts and minds of leaders, managers, and recruiters; delivering to them new ideas, passions, inspiration, and skills through the power of learning. 

Qualifications

Key Objectives:

  • Design, curate and manage the company’s rolling 12-month content roadmap
  • Identify and partner with creators, authors, and experts to bring their ideas and knowledge to our platform
  • Manage all content partner relationships to ensure mutually beneficial and long-term relationships are fostered
  • Review and act as the custodian of all content that lives within our platform library
  • Meet with and listen to your customers to understand their emerging needs and map this to our content roadmap
  • Manage and grow our existing content team to support the creation of learning assets and translations
  • Ensure that our assessments are designed to the highest standard and applied consistently across all authored content
  • Enable us to proudly say that our content is the very best in the world

 

Background, knowledge, capabilities, and experience we NEED you to be able to demonstrate:

  • You will have significant experience in managing or working with international speakers/ authors/ experts/ CEO’s
  • Your Speaker/ Content Creator expertise must be in at least two of the following areas: Hiring/ Recruiting, Coaching, Leadership, HR
  • You have experience negotiating royalties and/ or financial and legal contracts
  • A passion for learning and education is a huge part of your DNA
  • You must have prior experience working as part of a leadership team
  • You must also have prior experience managing a team of at least 2 direct employees

 

Additional things that may give you an edge or prove beneficial to the role (but are NOT essential):

  • Personal experience as a speaker/ presenter
  • Personal experience as an author/ writer/ content creator
  • Conference/ events organisation or management
  • Background in recruiting or HR
  • Background, knowledge, capabilities, and experience we NEED you to be able to demonstrate:
  • You will have significant experience in managing or working with international speakers/ authors/ experts/ CEO’s
  • Your Speaker/ Content Creator expertise must be in at least two of the following areas: Hiring/ Recruiting, Coaching, Leadership, HR

Additional Information

Remuneration:

Salary of €80-120k commensurate with experience plus a bonus of 10%, full health cover, travel insurance, fully expensed mobile phone and potential to join the employee share option scheme.
