Job Description

We’re a small company but growing exponentially, so be prepared to wear multiple hats, but roughly the job means giving our clients a lot of TLC (tender loving care) on the back office side of things! 

Alongside our amazing team, you will set up each client on our e-learning system, ensure that all the users are set up properly with the correct reporting line (these managers want to know how their budding ninjas are progressing through their training). 

There will be a good bit of cross-departments interactions when you work on our users’ reporting and analytics - so you've got a technical head on your and are comfortable with data manipulation. 

The people you will be supporting are the higher end of our clients. It’s not about helping the end-users on their day to day journey to ninja-hood, but it’s about supporting their managers in all their needs when it comes to the implementation of the training. It’s more technical than your average support role and very data focused.


We want someone with experience in a role helping people! 

Ideally you will have 1-2 years experience working in an office, manipulating data (Excel is obviously one of your BFFs), supporting clients (internal or external) or even working in customer service in a call centre. We really need you to have a super strong level of attention to details as you’ll be working supporting our clients with the technical side of our product.
