Job Description

Main purposes:

  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for the assigned product and allocated area, leading high-quality, value-based engagement with key stakeholders and targeted medical centers.
  • Full responsibility for assigned products and achieving challenging revenue targets and sales objectives
  • Develop and implement local strategies to successfully commercialize Sobi products in Romania, driving product adoption and optimal use.
  • Deliver and exceed sales targets and marketing objectives through effective sales execution, customer engagement, and data-driven market analysis.
  • Execute strategic account-level plans aligned with national strategy and customer needs, strengthening long-term partnerships and customer support.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to support sustainable portfolio growth.Taking ownership of customer networking and managing ongoing key stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective commercialization and long-term growth of the Sobi portfolio and ensure customer insights are reflected in local and regional strategies

These will be ensured by:

  • Applying key-account management principles to develop and execute account-level plans aligned with national strategy
  • Spending 90% of work time in the field supporting business activities and interacting with key customers and stakeholders
  • Participating on local and international congresses
  • Supporting the Sobi Romania Commercial, acts according to the Commercial Lead Romania instructions
  • Cooperating with other team members within the Hemophilia, Immunology & Specialty Care CEE and country management
  • Collecting, archiving & reporting data about field activities and applying the key-account principles in CRM
  • reporting to Commercial Lead and management and act in alignment with the Commercial Lead to successfully implement local strategies for the Sobi portfolio in Romania.
  • Delivering the overall marketing strategy, ensuring local customer needs and market requirements
  • Delivering the tactical implementation of the SOBI global business plan managed through the production and execution of a business plan, including any required local strategy or tactical variations
  • Efficiently managing and allocating assigned resources and monitoring stock levels and future needs to ensure sufficient supplies of assigned product

Qualifications

  • University degree level education
  • Recent experience in a marketing or sales role in original pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 5 years, ideally in a KAM role.
  • Multi-functional experiences
  • Strong sales experience, business acumen and strategic mindset with proven results in driving sales growth and results
  • Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate in an international, matrix environment to achieve business objectives
  • Unquestioned ethics, integrity and informal leadership
  • Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities and think out-of-the-box
  • Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty
  • Management and negotiation skills
  • Good command of MS office (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook) and driving licence gr. B
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, ideally Slovak language written and spoken
