Job Description

About the role

Join Sobi Denmark as our Marketing Support Manager/Office Manager and become the go-to partner for our Marketing and Medical teams. In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll help our Country Manager and cross-functional colleagues stay focused on what matters most—driving impact for people living with rare diseases—by keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of key administrative processes, provide support across Medical/Commercial and PA as needed, and play an important part in invoice management and transparency reporting.

It is a Hybrid role based in our Danish office, reporting to our Director Patient Access Nordics & Baltics

Your impact will include:

  • Act as Marketing Support Manager for Denmark, coordinating PI updates and ensuring materials stay current.
  • Own contract coordination with customers, partners and suppliers—keeping agreements organised and on track.
  • Manage invoice processing in IFS, supporting accurate, timely and transparent handling.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for indirect procurement and related vendor coordination.
  • Support the Danish/Nordic team by arranging meetings and internal conferences, and managing day-to-day tasks in Veeva Vault.
  • Help ensure we stay compliant with ENLI, Lægemiddelstyrelsen and GDPR by coordinating transparency reporting and related processes.
  • Provide hands-on compliance support for Denmark, helping teams work confidently within local requirements.
  • Administer tenders and pricing (taksten), including Amgros and medicinpriser.dk coordination.
  • Be our main contact for key external partners such as Amgros and Nomeco, supporting smooth day-to-day collaboration.
  • Support local HR-related tasks in Denmark, helping create a great employee experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to keep projects moving and remove administrative friction.
  • Be the welcoming, organised heartbeat of the office—ensuring our workplace runs smoothly every day.
  • Step in on other administrative tasks as needed to support the Danish office and the wider team.

Sobi Culture

At Sobi, we refuse to accept the status quo. This is because we have witnessed first-hand the challenges facing those affected by rare diseases and have used this knowledge to shape our business to find new ways of helping them.

As a specialized biopharmaceutical company, we are dedicated to rare diseases. And we see this focus as a strength. By effectively turning our research into ground-breaking treatments, we help make medicine more accessible and open more possibilities for patients and more opportunities for those caring for them. This has been our approach since day one, but we know we can’t change the world of rare diseases on our own. Accomplishing this requires strong partnerships with patients, partners and stakeholders across the entire value chain. Together, we define how our business can create solutions that serve the needs of those affected by rare diseases while facilitating sustainable growth.
