Job Description

Sobi is seeking a highly skilled, committed, and strategic Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) to serve as a sales representative operating at the regional level. This individual will identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the territory-specific Clinical Account Managers (CAM) and cross-functional partners. The role is pivotal to the launch and ongoing business operations of an innovative therapy for uncontrolled gout, a severe and uncommon medical condition. With a focus on patient outcomes, this position will make significant contributions to regional success.

The CAS must possess outstanding business acumen, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to effectively collaborate within ecosystem teams. Responsibilities include delivering branded sales messages to targeted customers, representing Sobi at local meetings, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals by utilizing analytics to develop actionable, regionally tailored strategies. The CAS will cover the entire region, engaging with distinct accounts separate from the CAM role, and will work closely with the Regional Business Director to assess regional market opportunities while concentrating on territory-specific targets to fulfil customer requirements. Additionally, the CAS will provide coverage for territories during vacancies, ensuring continuity of sales operations and customer engagement throughout transition periods.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster strategic collaboration and leadership within a regional, market-based ecosystem. They bring deep expertise in buy-and-bill, biologic infusion, and complex disease states, with the ability to leverage marketplace opportunities and represent Sobi’s products with credibility and impact. Embodying Sobi’s core values of ownership, accountability, teamwork, and engagement, the CAS combines high sales performance with an innovative mindset—testing new ideas, embracing fast learning, and contributing insights to regional strategy. As a collaborative influencer, they build trust across all levels without formal authority, scale best practices, and support teams in maintaining focus on high-value priorities. With proven ambition to grow into future leadership roles, they balance strategic vision with disciplined execution, including territory planning, customer engagement, and effective budget and administrative management.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the approved regional bounds of the role’s market and be in close proximity to an airport. We provide the necessary tools and support to ensure you can work effectively from anywhere within the approved regional bounds. This territory includes Georgia, TN, N. AL, N. MS, and KY.

If you are a forward-thinking sales representative ready to make a regional impact while driving clinical excellence and strategic growth—and who aspires to expand into leadership, brand strategy, or director-level roles—we invite you to apply
