Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to test and validate Salesforce applications, customizations, integrations, and business processes. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions by performing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to define test scope, strategy, and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate Salesforce standard and custom functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, flows, validation rules, and security configurations.
• Test custom Salesforce developments such as Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Verify data integrity through data validation, migration, and reconciliation testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ Strong experience in Salesforce CRM platform and core business processes.
• 5+ Years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
