Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years hands-on experience in NeoLoad to design, execute, and analyze performance tests. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application scalability, reliability, and optimal performance under varying workloads
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad
- Execute different types of testing:
- Load Testing
- Stress Testing
- Endurance (Soak) Testing
- Spike Testing
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
- Work with development and infrastructure teams to tune application performance
- Monitor system performance using tools like:
- CPU, Memory, Network, Disk utilization
- Prepare detailed performance test reports with actionable insights
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams to define performance SLAs
Required Skills
- Strong experience with NeoLoad performance testing tool
- Knowledge of performance testing concepts and methodologies
