We are looking for a skilled Senior Control-M professional to manage and support enterprise job scheduling using BMC Control-M. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining batch job workflows to ensure seamless and timely execution of business processes. You’ll collaborate with infrastructure teams, application developers, and business users to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of scheduled tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain batch job workflows using Control-M (Workload Automation).

• Monitor and troubleshoot job failures, delays, and performance issues.

• Develop and manage Control-M scripts, calendars, conditions, and variables.

• Implement alerts, escalations, and SLA monitoring.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to onboard new job schedules.

• Maintain job documentation, recovery procedures, and change management records.

• Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration of the Control-M environment.

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for batch processing issues (if required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Control-M.

• Strong understanding of enterprise job scheduling concepts and dependencies.

• Experience with shell scripting, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
