Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a key member of our global AP team which is responsible for processing and paying vendor invoices and reimbursing employee expenses. We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented professional who wants to be a part of global finance team at a dynamic, high-growth technology company. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive and process vendor invoices in accordance with company processes and policies.  
  • Initiate bank payments and apply payments to vendor invoices.   
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are paid timely.  
  • Resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies together with vendors and internal stakeholders. 
  • Analyze and reconcile vendor statements.  
  • Prepare journal entries as needed. 
  • Assist in the monthly close process. 
  • Support the accounting team in group and local audits. 
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements  

Qualifications

To thrive in this role and in the Snow finance team you are a team player with:

  • 3+ years Accounts Payable experience 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills 
  • Good Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Experience from banking in multiple banking portals
  • Experience from global organizations with multiple entities is meriting
  • Previous experience with ERP system Sage Intacct is meriting
  • Previous experience with Coupa or other procurement software is meriting
