Job Description

Join a dynamic international team delivering innovative enterprise SaaS Products at pace. The Program Manager's primary responsibility is effectively coordinate cross-functional and complex programmes and projects of various types including product delivery and release and internal change management - manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and enable the successful delivery of outcomes and new capabilities for agreed business initiative(s).

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Coordinate and drive Product, Engineering and supporting operational teams towards successful delivery against Company OKRs
  • Quickly and effectively take over in-flight Programme and Project initiatives that are moving at pace and safeguard delivery.
  • Actively coach and coordinate delivery teams, work effectively with stakeholders to manage risks, issues and change.
  • Ensure the delivery of new capabilities, products, or services from projects is completed to the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements.
  • Work with the teams beyond the product organisation to ensure successful transition into the Product launch and GTM process – build release plans that will enable value outcomes.
  • Identify and monitor dependencies within the program and outside the program while managing risks to the program’s outcomes and building plans to correct deviations from the plan.
  • Working with the Snow Product Operations/PMO function, provide structured and data-driven Management information to the leadership teams and C-Suite.

Qualifications

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Expert knowledge in both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with the ability to blend them as needed.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, leadership, and executive presence.
  • Ability to build a collaborative environment within the global product organization and wider Snow business.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, organizing, and managing cross-functional projects and programs by developing processes that drive clarity and simplify operational processes.
  • Ability to serve as a player/coach/mentor to the team.

Professional qualifications:

  • Successful background in project and program management, strategic product lifecycle planning, agile development and agile programs, process definition
  • Proven ability to track and successfully complete complex programs on time and on budget
  • Enterprise product or software experience
  • SaaS software experience - Preferred
  • Agile certifications preferred (e.g., PRINCE2 Agile, Scaled Agile Frameworks, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
