Are you a modern Field Marketing Manager? Can you seamlessly blend digital and live demand generation together into a truly integrated campaign? Can you guide the prospects through the digital buyer’s journey, then manage them equally well through the sales cycle? Do you understand how to balance real-world with virtual, all the while using data to drive your decisions? If so this just might be the job you have been dreaming of.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic, high growth environment and will be very target focused. You will have demonstrable experience managing fully integrated direct/digital marketing campaigns, be very organized and able to manage a range of campaigns at once. Campaigns may often be fluid so you also need to be flexible and tolerant of shifting priorities. You will have an eye for detail, be conscious of correct branding at all times, and be a good writer. You will also be very good at profiling data to ensure each campaign reaches the correct target audience. Your role really only consists of 3 things: create, convert and close sales pipeline.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Work closely with leadership team to devise and drive a comprehensive EMEA marketing strategy which builds out our market presence, go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunities which are in sync with Snow’s overall global objectives.
  • Executing regionally integrated marketing programs to take prospects on a journey
  • Work with field sales teams to define areas of needed pipeline growth
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure supporting programs are available to create/accelerate pipeline and build relationships that impact deal growth through targeted activities
  • Drive 1:1 and 1:few customer engagements both direct and digital to drive sales pipeline
  • Track program results, measuring program success and reporting metrics via Salesforce.com (SFDC), Marketo and Qlik tools
  • Share results with marketing organization and sales regularly and use KPIs to implement improvements to future planning cycles
  • Communicate and execute industry events to local teams across sales segments
  • Collaborate with product, content, digital, channel, demand generation, corporate and other field marketing teams to implement joint marketing campaigns in region
  • Manage quarterly programs within budget
  • Ensure data is highly targeted and messaging is relevant to the target audience
  • Ensuring adaptive learning from past campaigns, use of A/B split testing (and others) to guide future marketing campaigns
  • Lead the creation of marketing and sales materials to support Snow’s SAM value proposition
  • Work with stakeholders across Snow to create sales decks, product collaterals, white papers, blogs, videos and other media to support the sales process
  • Help develop value propositions and key messaging
  • Help position organization as a voice of authority and knowledge to audiences tasked with managing software licensing and compliance
  • Ensure the analyst community understands the Snow value proposition
  • Analyze and research the SAM market to create competitive intelligence and maintain battle cards and FAQs

Qualifications

What we require from you

Need to have…

  • Experience of delivering campaigns within a B2B software / tech vendor/ software industry
  • Experience developing Digital and Social Marketing programs
  • Experience fully integrating live events, webinars, digital content, social media, and targeting to ensure best possible demand generation results
  • Excellent working knowledge of CRM / Automation tools to deliver campaigns - Salesforce.com and Marketo are highly preferred
  • Marketing automation
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Strong data analytics
  • Results-driven individual who is able to work to deadlines and meet targets
  • Strong understanding of Americas markets and regions
  • Proven ability to apply knowledge of strategic planning of marketing programs to execution of lead generation, channel development and brand building programs.
  • Broad and applied industry knowledge developed in hardware and software arenas with experience in ITSM and SAM a huge advantage
