Role purpose

Manage product backlog with development teams in order to execute the right priorities and bring customer context into the innovation cycle.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Maintain and prioritize backlog (with the team)
• Align team direction with overall Snow and PM direction
• Engage with customers and bring feedback into teams
• Follow up on releases, post-release feedback and feature success
• Ensure that product discovery and user research is performed

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Agile development methodology, with preferable Jira tools as experience
• Experience working with engineering and other cross-functional teams

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Strong understanding of customer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, requirements documentation, prioritization, and estimation
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great team player
