Job Description

Provide administrative support for all Snow expense-related requests to ensure purchasing and T&E policy and process adherence and to drive comprehensive, timely, accurate disposition of global purchase requisitions.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Triage queue of daily requests for procurement, educating and assisting users and actively driving deals through the process, applying Snow’s Purchasing Policy and assessing requests for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
  • Coordinate document flow and approvals from various internal and external parties.
  • Liaise with partners Egencia and Concur on daily T&E matters, and coordinate answers to Snow personnel with T&E inquiries.
  • Assist in the business-level policy configuration and daily operations of key systems, including Coupa, Egencia, DocuSign and Concur.
  • Design and provide periodic and on-demand reporting on key metrics to provide insights on various operational success factors.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Solid understanding of purchasing and T&E operational processes.
  • Expertise in administering Coupa or similar procurement system.
  • Ability to track status of several open requests and drive to closure cross-functionally.
  • Extensive hands-on professional experience in a fast-paced, high-volume procurement operations and/or contract operations setting.

Qualifications

Must have technical/ professional qualifications:

  • Coupa or related purchasing system certification.
  • Experience in administering expense management, contracts management and/or e-signature systems.
