Job Description

To facilitate, plan and support the global adoption of standardized Ways of Working; and continuously improve and mature best practice adoption across Snow’s  product and services lifecycle.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Champion change activities and bring people along the change journey in strategic initiatives across the Product organization: track and communicate progress, facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers and surface challenges. ​
  • Mature and scale our best practices to optimize the end-to-end process: help drive context and visibility across product teams and help scale their impact across the Product organization.
  • Build partnerships with leads in every functional area to champion continuous improvement and the learning culture of the Product organization.
  • Lead the setup of Communities of Practice (CoP), monitor progress and enhance the capability of others through training and coaching
  • Develop easily consumable communications and documents that influence and maintain change in the Product organization.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Change Management: Experience in working with transformation or organizational effectiveness.       
  • Project Management:  Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
  • Influencer profile: Great at building relationships, influencing others and leading without formal authority.
  • Excellent storyteller: Efficient communicator and great at clarifying and simplifying for teams both verbally and visually.
  • Detail-oriented: You are thorough, organized, and rarely let small things slip through the crack.


Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years in business analysis, change management or related consulting experience
  • Experience with Agile, lean and software product lifecycle (SaaS product experience an advantage).
  • Certified or on path to get certified with recognised body (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, CMI)
  • Prior experience in a SaaS technology business (Preferred)
