Job Description

Snow Software is seeking a National Partner Director responsible for indirect go to market strategy, operations, and revenue across all the Americas. The National Partner Director will focus on partner strategy and execution to grow the National VAR partner network and impact. They are expected to work cross functionally and collaborate with the sales, marketing, services, and training/enablement teams to build a fully integrated channel partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory and partner-specific plans, leading to profitable growth for each of the company and partners, as well as customer success at an individual level.
  • Quota responsibility across defined partner channels; manage programs to maximize sales revenue and touch and Influence revenue from across all channel partners.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to provide partners that add value to our current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits.
  • Build business plans with chosen partners to create positive outcomes for the customers.
  • Own targeted national partner relationships with go-to-market plans
  • Drive channel programs, including assisting with program definitions, oversight, pricing, and channel resources.
  • Work cross functionally to develop channel marketing programs, enhanced partner portal, partner product certifications and training, collateral, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as a channel/VAR/indirect/alliance or Partner management role at the National level
  • National Partners relationships would include: ePlus, WWT, Trace 3, Presidio, Insight or similar
  • Proven track record of growing a business in a competitive landscape
  • Proven expertise and success with partner field engagement, for high dollar transactions with significant services content.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with partner executives to kickstart and grow new initiatives 
  • Outstanding and compelling communicator
  • Experience / training in solution selling frameworks
  • Comfortable and effective working in a dynamic and (sometimes) unstructured environment
  • Deep knowledge of partner business models
  • Strong experience and expertise leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels from individual contributors to executives
  • Intimate understanding of the broad software ecosystem and modern Cloud strategies around Software Development architectures, SaaS, etc.
  • History of documented revenue growth in complex business environments directly attributable to the partner organization.
  • Comfortable using data to make and support decisions at all levels.
  • Ideal location for this role is in Austin, TX or other major US city
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
