   We are looking for a person with SAP Basis administration & SAP Security & Authorization skills and knowledge that wants to supercharge their career in an exciting customer-facing role. In this role you will be responsible for many technical aspects of the post-sales cycle for the Snow SAP Optimizer product, helping to ensure customer is successful and satisfied with their deployment. You will be an essential part of the post-sales organization at Snow Software. 

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

The role will consist of working with large enterprises deploying the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software to help them in better managing their SAP users and licenses, contracts and use/access of engines. You will work with other members of the SAP Products Sales, the Snow Professional Services group and our global SAM/delivery partners. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our project management team within the Snow Professional Services group to define post-sales deployment projects.
  • Working with our global SAM/Delivery partners, oversee the installation, deployment, configuration and activation of the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software on customer premises.
  • Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFPs/ RFQs and assist pre-sales with technical issues as required
  • Communicate with our software engineering group in Hamburg, Germany on product and issues identified from field observations and customer questions/feedback
  • Provide customer and partner-facing product training for the Snow Optimizer.

Qualifications

What we require from you

  • 3+ years of SAP Basis experience or SAP security
  • Should have significant experience working with SAP Business Suite & SAP S/4 HANA, user administration and the SAP Solution Manager. Knowledge of technical installations and interconnected satellite systems a big plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP architecture including SAP ERP applications.  Have an understanding of SAP licensing models and contracts.
  • Experience in a consulting/customer-facing capacity for at least 5 years.
  • Knowledge of SAP licensing and SAP license contracts is beneficial.
  • Have supported customers with SAP audit system measurement (USMM) and consolidation (SLAW).
  • Fluent in English & willing to travel.

Good to have technical skills:

  • SAP Basis administrator
  • SAP Security & Authorizations
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SAP Licensing
