The Senior SOC Analyst would be responsible for the SOC function at Snow with oversight of three SOC Analysts located globally. They must manage the interaction with an outsourced MSP and use the global SOC team to ensure continuity. They will be responsible for maturing and growing the team. This will be a hands-on role in a small team.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Oversight of the three global SOC Analysts 
• Manage the security operations center, both the internal and external resources, to identify and assess IT security incidents.
• Coordinate activities in support of cybersecurity priorities, including the development and implementation of processes and procedures.
• Accountable for the SOC playbooks which are used as part of our incident response process.
• Initiate the IT security incident response process, and execute decision authority to the extent of the role within that process.

• Ability to react quickly, decisively and deliberately in high-stress, high-impact situations.
• Counsels, coaches, and aids in the development of cybersecurity staff.
