Job Description

We are currently seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our global Marketing team.  Based either from our Austin offices, or a nearby Texas locale, you will be responsible for driving pipeline from Americas Channel partners, with both ‘to and through’ marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, Global Field & Partner, key deliverables include:

  • Create and own the Americas partner marketing strategy to meet partner marketing sourced pipeline goals
  • Monitor and report against partner marketing KPIs, with an eye on partner marketing pipeline velocity through the funnel
  • Manage the regional MDF budget and take accountability for the ROI
  • Business partner with the Partners and PBMs to ensure they are focused in the right segments, to the right target audience, with the right messaging
  • Business Partner with marketing functions to harness the power of brand, customer and campaign marketing to contribute to regional partner marketing sourced goals
  • Align with Partner Business Managers in the Americas to map partner objectives to product mix, to meet partner marketing sourced pipeline numbers - under the umbrella of  the global partner marketing strategy
  • Leverage global Snow campaigns to develop regional, partner-friendly extensions and drive adoption with key partners in the Americas
  • Creation and maintenance of content within the Snow partner portal which is critical for Americas partners to drive their Snow business.

Qualifications

As the successful candidate, you will have strong experience in a similar Partner Marketing Manager position within the B2B technology industry. You will be a team player, able to interface with key stakeholders of Field Marketing and Channel & Alliances teams, as well as being a Snow ambassador with the broader, external partner community:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • At least 8 years in a technology B2B marketing role, of which 3 should be from the partner marketing discipline
  • Experience of driving partner marketing programs to deliver against partner marketing sourced pipeline targets
  • Multi-touch marketing campaigns experience with an understanding of digital and social disciplines
  • Ability to travel  – likely 25% travel requirement in normal circumstances
  • Experience of influencing and business partnering with senior partner stakeholders, in partners and across the Snow sales and marketing functions
  • Copywriting skills in native language
  • Lead funnel stage understanding with an eye to velocity through pipeline
  • Critical Software experience: PRM tool, Salesforce or similar, Marketo or similar, Microsoft Office
  • ‘Nice to have’ Software experience: Marketing analytics platform e.g. PowerBI and Project tools e.g. Monday.com.
