The person in this role will be responsible for delivering the product’s message from the inside out and making sure that message is consistent, easy to understand, and in line with the goals of the product.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• To provide microcopy in products.
• Be involved in questions regarding text and style in our user interfaces.
• Work closely with developers and designers in an agile environment.
• Be responsible for researching, strategizing, and writing that content, as well as creating cohesive and consistent product narratives. 
• Document your strategies with guidelines, ensuring a consistent tone and voice. 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Great social skills.
• Great sense of responsibility and drive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of writing microcopy or writing technical documentation for software products.

• Experience of UX writing
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
