Job Description

Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Director Global Field & Partner Marketing is a key leadership role in Snow’s marketing organization.  In this role, you will lead our field and partner marketing team to define, build and execute a global plan of regional programs to grow and convert pipeline and revenue. You’ll be a collaborator, working in lockstep with Marketing leadership, Sales leadership, Business Development, Product Marketing and other key stakeholders across the business, to strategically design and execute compelling, differentiated and aligned programs, both directly and with/through our Partners.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in enterprise software, with a strong track record of delivering impactful business results
  • Proven track record of building and leading high performing teams that create and execute thoughtful and effective field and partner marketing programs globally
  • A hands-on leader who’s enough in the detail to deliver real value add to the team and is a strong advocate for our brand
  • Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue, and solid track record of building effective partner relationships and marketing programs
  • Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance
  • Proven success managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
  • Skilled at management reporting, budget management excellence, and adept with key tools and systems including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and ideally project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Outstanding communications skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results and innovate
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work independently, autonomously and across multiple time zones.
