Job Description

To build high performing SC teams that will support the Sales and renewals targets of Snow. Specially provide: Operational Management – resource allocation and qualification, Strategic, -workforce planning, skills and capabilities for the future. All round People management – Recruit, coach, support, delegate, handle performance and promotional needs. Strive for efficient and effective Presales engagements.

Qualifications

  • Allocation of appropriate resources to maximize team members Technical “win”. Where Customer agrees the proposed solution will meet their needs
  • Be a Business Partner to the Regional Sales Leaders thus ensure the suitability and prioritization of sales opportunities
  • Assist in growing and securing revenue in expanding enterprise market for the UK&I markets.
  • Coach and support existing team to maximise their potential with Product and soft skills
  • Recruit and retain the best SC  individuals for Snow
  • 10-15 years + Presales Experience
  • 5 years in leadership roles at the director or Director level
  • IT degree or equivalent
