We are looking for a developer/software engineer to take ownership of the design and implementation of the web portal for our vulnerability application. You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle starting with requirements and design through to delivery of new features. This role is an opportunity to shape the future design of the product and implement best practices in design and deployment.

We believe in the DevOps culture where high collaboration is key in an environment where all team members have shared responsibility for development, maintenance, and operations of our software. The team focuses heavily on the accountability and quality aspects of the development cycle where the developer of each service is responsible for ensuring that relevant monitoring, alerting and logging capabilities are built into the service and that automated test suites are continuously updated. Furthermore, each developer is responsible for acting on issues which shows up in the production, staging and development environments.  

As a developer/engineer at Snow Software, you will work in an agile team with fellow teammates, product owners and designers to deliver quality products and solutions. In this position, you are actively involved in the whole design and development process of our products, making them perform better and become even more fit for purpose.   

Who you are:

As the successful candidate you will be an experienced Full-Stack developer with a good balance between back and front-end. You will be experienced in the following:

• Experienced in working with the JavaScript Framework React
• Experienced in designing and developing Rest APIs
• Experienced in working with Azure technologies such as App Services and Functions
• Experienced in building microservices in an event-driven architecture using .NET Core
• Experienced in unit testing
• Experience with Kubernetes

Bonus Skills and experience

• Knowledge in SQL and PowerBI Embedded would be desired but is not essential.
• Comfortable in working with modern CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) 
• Experience in software architecture, design, implementation and deployment
