Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will have responsibility for performance marketing and digital ABM tactics. This is a hands-on role where you will plan, build, optimize and manage digital ABM campaigns in our ABM platform and partner with our paid media manager to execute campaigns on channels including search, social and display. In this role, you will approach digital marketing through a data-driven lens, managing and optimizing holistic campaigns. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will have ownership of budgets, tactics and conversion rates with responsibility for exceeding pipeline targets.

To be successful in the role, you must have practical experience building ABM campaigns on a platform such as Terminus/6Sense/DemandBase and running ABM campaigns on LinkedIn. You should also have experience in performance marketing channels, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The successful candidate will bring these two skill sets together to build holistic digital campaigns.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

Strategy  

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven strategy to achieve pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our ABM program lead and our campaign managers in the organization at a global or field level to evaluate goals and recommend a paid media strategy.
  • Plan and undertake market research that will inform strategy paid channel strategy. 
  • Own strategy for integrating digital performance and account-based marketing into a cohesive digital model.
  • Ownership of establishing account-level personalization and building account-level experiences on the website, chat, and all other digital touchpoints.

 

Execution

  • Own, maintain and govern the ABM platform (Terminus) and supporting solutions.
  • Manage the integration of Terminus/ABM toolkit with the marketing tech stack.
  • In partnership with our ABM program lead and campaigns team, develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and leading execution
  • Partner with Snow’s performance marketing manager to brief, build and execute paid media campaigns in search, social and display.
  • Own the ABM capabilities of new tooling (Chat, PathFactory) . Ensuring all tooling is supportive and contributes to the overall ABM strategy.
  • Build ABM focused chat sequences in Snow’s website chat tool.
  • Use Snow’s website personalization tool to create ABM focused website experiences.

 

Reporting & Optimization

  • Work with the marketing operations team to build and maintain dashboards.
  • Manage the regular reporting cadence to different stakeholders in the business.
  • Present strategies, tactics and results to the broader marketing team and wider organization.
  • Have an ongoing feedback loop with ABM program lead and campaign managers to support optimization.
  • Have a test and learn a mindset with a willingness to innovate.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record in developing and executing global paid digital campaigns.
  • Significant expertise in digital ABM, including campaign planning and orchestration.
  • Experience developing Ideal Customer Profiles and ABM account lists.
  • Experience in building and running campaigns on LinkedIn and Google ads.
  • A background in B2B software/technology, either in-house or agency-side.
