Job Description

The Project Manager will manage the successful execution and end to end delivery of Projects for Snow’s Enterprise customer base. The PM will manage projects of strategic importance to Snow. As part of these projects, regular reporting/feedback will be required to Snow management. 

This person will be accountable for the project deliverables associated to their allocated projects, ensuring the customer experience is positive and measured through the CSAT measurements available and drive best practice delivery methodology.

Responsibilities: 

  • Management, scheduling, and accountability of projects and their deliverables.
  • Production of key project documentation such as Communication Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),  Project Schedule, RAID logs and Kickoff slide decks.
  • Understanding of the Statement of Works (SOW) details and ability to convert into a Project Plan and drive execution.
  • Control of all associated project issues, risks, dependencies,  payment milestones, and customer project communication.
  • Proactive progress checks and follow up with team and project stakeholders for on-time delivery of assigned tasks and any issue resolution.
  • Point of contact and collaboration for all customer and third-party interactions during an active project.
  • Ability to communicate with Technical team, Business team and Executive stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience of leading IT projects.
  • Commercial experience is essential along with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects to enterprise organizations.
  • Must be technically astute and can describe all technical deliverables, responsibilities and potential risks.
  • A proven track record of problem solving and managing complex customer projects is vital.
  • Exemplary project administration and documentation quality with attention to detail
  • The ability to manage highly complex customer projects and third-party stakeholders such as large system integrators/outsourcers.
  • Excellent communication internally and externally at varying levels of an organization.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to demonstrate win, win outcomes for Customer and Snow.
  • Experience of managing sub-contractors or working with channel partners is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of various complexities
