Job Description

   We require a highly motivated junior Solution Consultant (SC) to join our existing SC team in Stockholm, Sweden.

   The primary role for Solution Consultants is to propose and demonstrate Snow software solutions to prospects and customers for a range of complex customer requirements with the aim of high earning potential and long-term customer success.

The Key Focus of the role

  • Present Snow products and solutions and demonstrate the value of Snow’s capabilities.
  • Assist with qualifying opportunities, leading the technical win and building a business case.
  • Conduct proof of concepts to help customers understand how Snow’s solutions solve their business problems.
  • Manage several multi-solution opportunities at the same time
  • Public speaking at events.

Who you are

   Ideally, you will have been in a Sales/IT/Consulting role for two years or more or are a recent high potential graduate that is looking to skyrocket their career in the software sales sector.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in a Sales/IT/Consulting role or high potential recent graduate.
  • Passionate about solution selling and the software industry.
  • Competent to present in front of customers.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • You are based in Sweden and can work across the Nordic region (15% travel).
  • You are fluent in English. Swedish is a big plus.

Nice to have

  • Strong interest and experience in the field of Hybrid Cloud computing (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS) and IT Asset Management.
  • Proven understanding of value selling, strong sales orientation; knowledge of MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Proven working experience delivering and implementing solutions to customers.
  • Carried quota and overachieved.
