This role is responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. They, install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve Snow’s systems. They maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes visiting and maintaining the equipment located within a Stockholm colo facility – hence the candidate must be local.

• Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure
• Responsible for Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, VMware Vcenter, Meraki global network, LogicMonitor monitoring platform and Veeam.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, network, software and connectivity problems
• Supports multiple systems and applications of medium to high complexity
• Identifies and implements security improvements and participates in investigations.

• Deep Technical knowledge on Microsoft server OS, virtualisation with VMware, servers and backup experience
• Experience with Microsoft Azure  
• Network knowledge
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks commonly used in IT
• Powershell scripting
• ITIL foundation
• Cisco certification (optional)
• Microsoft certification​​​​​​
