Job Description

This position is a pivotal management role for ensuring high quality, efficient and profitable delivery of Snow Professional Services to Snow’s Customer and Partners in support of achieving their desired business outcomes with Snow’s software products.  You will lead the Project Management team, nurturing and developing this function and the constituent individuals, ensuring tight cohesion with Technical and Business Consulting PS teams as well as Sales, Support, and Customer Success, to drive professional presentation of our capabilities and subsequent results to our Customers and Partners. 

  • People-Management: Provide leadership to, and personal management of, the Project Management Team members, with the associated responsibility for Grow Talks (people development). Training plans must be in place with each individual to meet the mutual needs of Snow and the individual.
  • Practice Development: Oversee the successful execution and the end to end delivery of Projects for Snow's customer portfolio within region. As part of this role, ensure complete adherence to best practice methodology across the Project Management team.
  • Process Improvement: Support ongoing process improvement initiatives. Partner with international colleagues as necessary to ensure global standards are adhered to and developed further.
  • Strategic Contribution: Provide constructive input to strategic initiatives within Professional Services, potentially owning specific initiatives under the guidance of PS Leadership.
  • Performance Achievement: Monitor Professional Services KPIs; billable utilization, revenue, profit, revenue backlog, investment work, demand forecasting; taking appropriate steps to mitigate where performance is drifting away from KPI targets. Produce regular management reporting with data driven from Celoxis and other systems as applicable.
  • Tactical Delivery: Manage the successful execution and end to end delivery of Projects for Snow's Enterprise customer base.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the byproduct of building strong, long-term working rapports with colleagues in all roles.
  • Ability to negotiate and accommodate Service Requests for Professional Services support in line with the business needs of the company and Professional Services KPIs, this requiring suitable levels of tact, diplomacy and assertiveness dependent on circumstances. 
  • Strong people management experience
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in an appropriate discipline.
  • Deep Project or Program management experience
  • PRINCE2 practitioner or PMP certification
  • Software Delivery in a Professional Services Organization experience preferred
  • ITIL foundation certification.
