Job Description

To develop, package and drive enablement of Partners from a technical perspective with the objective of supporting Partners to run profitable Services businesses using Snow technology and for them to deliver Services to a standard whereby the end customer realises the full benefits of Snow’s technology. The core area will be to improve technical capabilities.

  • Develop and deliver technical enablement content to Snow Partners that supports their effective usage of Snow technology and their successful delivery of profitable Services.
  • Identify and package Snow best practices for platform management and Services deliveries.
     
  • Strive to ensure that technical members within each prioritized Partner/SI are Snow Certified to the appropriate level using blended learning methods including classroom and Snow Academy.
  • Maintain a cadence of quarterly business meetings with Tier 1 Partners, contributions focused on lessons learned, enablement tracking, and further opportunities for Partner upskilling. Track actions and hold Partners to account for their learning objectives.
     
  • Act as a Snow technical Subject Matter Expert, offering personal capabilities on  a chargeable basis to provide Expert Service to those Partners that need it, skills transfer being a core objective in each engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of the software industry
  • Prove experience identifying and leveraging best practises to drive positive change
  • Preferably, insight into Software Asset Management, Systems Management, Services Management, Infrastructure systems, Enterprise Architect
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing enablement programmes
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL
  • Strong Networking knowledge
  • Strong server installation and configuration skills
  • Strong Active Directory Skills
  • At least two years’ Consultant experience
  • Snow technical certifications
