Snow Software is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one or more development teams in our quest to help our customers solve their challenges within technology intelligence. As an Engineering Manager at Snow, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong team software engineers and QA developers.

You will be enabling the team in their daily work by ensuring that the team has a clear view of where to go, and you will have a key role in enabling individuals in their personal growth. You will be working closely with your team but also with other Engineering Managers on creating an environment based on trust and respect with constant learning and you will also work on identifying and acting on improvements incorporated in the way of working.  

As the successful candidate you will be an experienced Engineering Manager, experienced in enabling your teams in their day to day work, as well as with their personal growth.  You are a pragmatic person with an open and positive mindset, but also with an interest for the bigger picture and creating bridges between your team and other teams. We believe you thrive when your team succeeds. 

You have a background as a leader within software development and have possibly also worked as a developer or tester yourself at some point. Whatever your background, you will be experienced in coaching individuals, enabling personal growth, and have an agile mindset, with the belief that the best solutions come when you work together.  You have a true interest in people and believe in enabling teams and individuals to be autonomous.
